Language & Cultural Resource Center
The Language and Culture Resource Center is an all-in-one resource for patients and their loved ones. The Center provides culturally sensitive materials, interpreter services, and cultural resources for patient within their community. The Center also provides translations, interpreting services and diversity training to ensure provision of linguistically and culturally sensitive healthcare services to Rancho’s patients and to help maximize positive patient outcomes.
We provide Language Interpretation Services at no cost to all patients whose preferred language is not English. Offering interpreting services is one way we make sure you understand your health, your doctor, therapist, and other providers. Please feel free to request any member of the hospital staff for help in obtaining interpreter services when needed.
