Immersed in the beauty of acrylics, water-color, gouache, and oil, Rancho artist Colton Bryant finds his art style soulful and often inspired by daily life and his own spiritual journey. As with many, he started drawing as a child and even took a multi-media college class which was focused on graphic design. It wasn’t until 2017 however, that Colton took his first “official” art class through the visual art program* at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. His regular participation in the art program has taught him so much about himself and allowed him to create meaningful and lasting relationships with his fellow artists. No stranger to Rancho, Colton has been a part of the Rancho family since 1978 when he suffered a spinal cord injury.
*The year-round adult and pediatric patient art program is fully funded through the Rancho Los Amigos Foundation.
