Rancho Works
An eight-week program providing structured hands-on work experience for people with any physical disability who desire to learn new skills or develop current skills for future employment. Individuals practice good work habits, build interpersonal skills for working with others, and explore their interests for volunteer or paid work. Individuals who complete this program may continue participation in this program as volunteers. Sessions are held two times a week for two hours.
Through the Occupational Therapy Department, patients can access a variety of services geared towards increasing their potential to return to work and reintegrate back into the community. The following is a list of the services provided:
