Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is undergoing a $418 million renovation and campus beautification project to construct a new Wellness & Aquatic Therapy Center, new outpatient facilities and inpatient expansion to improve seismic safety

There are two construction phases of this project: The Wellness & Aquatic Therapy Center will be the focus of the first phase, scheduled to be completed by the end of August 2016. Phase two will be the construction of the outpatient facilities and renovations to research and administrative buildings, all of which will be completed by December 2020.

The boundaries of construction throughout the duration of this project will be north of Imperial Highway, east of Old River School Road, south of Quill Drive and west of Rives Avenue where Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center is currently situated. (See attached map.)
